We like to receive your spreads in .jpg files with the profile sRGB at 300 DPI.

When creating the album, no extra bleed is used, but approximately 5 mm is cut off from the above-mentioned delivery formats.

It is therefore important that you do not use important elements within this margin. We recommend that you keep to approximately 1 cm.

Suppose: You let your photo run all the way to the edge, then make sure that there are no heads, feet or hands within this centimetre margin.

But even if you want to keep a centimetre of white edge, it is best to keep to approximately 1.5 cm, so that you have approximately 1 cm left.

Before your logo can be placed, we will make a metal cliché of your logo. This process costs a one-time fee of €38. After this, you can save your logo and reuse it free of charge.

We prefer to receive your logo in an .eps format, if you do not have your logo in this format, another format will suffice in most cases.

Then choose our white label shipping. We send your package without invoice directly to your customer. You can mention this in the additional information during ordering.

We will get to work for you right away! Check your order confirmation carefully and let us know as soon as possible if something unexpectedly seems wrong (changes can be made up to 24 hours after placing your order).

You will then receive the invoice, which will be sent from Greece.

Your order will be ready for shipping within 2 to 3 weeks. Make sure you have paid your invoice, otherwise your order may be delayed.

On the day of shipping you will be notified by email/text message and a day later your order will be offered by DHL.
