We are happy to help you with your first order

Need help?

When you order from a new supplier for the first time, it always takes some getting used to!
That is why we are happy to help you on your way.
We are happy to explain the ordering process to you.

On our website you will see a collection of albums and photo products. The prices are only visible after you have logged in.
All our photo albums have the same content, those lovely thick sheets of 1 mm thick PVC. The price includes 15 spreads. Even if you choose fewer spreads, this price remains the same.

If you are looking for small photo albums with up to 8 spreads, then our Nano mini album is perfect for you!

When you order a photo album, you pay particular attention to the design of the cover.
Do you want a photo on the front, do you want stitching around the album? Or are you looking for an album with lace? When you click on a product, you will find more information about the product at the bottom.

Our photo albums contain a standard endpaper, this is the first spread you see after opening your album, you can choose from paper or linen.
Our Elani and Nano photo albums do not have an endpaper, so your album starts immediately with your first submitted spread.

Lay out

We recommend the following design software programs for creating your album: SmartAlbums by Pixellu, Fundy, and AlbumStomp.

Important Guidelines for Designing Your Album
No Additional Bleed Required: When designing your album, additional bleed is not necessary. However, approximately 5 mm will be trimmed from the specified delivery formats. To avoid losing important elements, ensure they are not placed within this margin. We recommend maintaining a safe margin of at least 1 cm.

Edge Design Considerations:
If your photo extends to the edge, avoid positioning heads, feet, or hands within this margin.
For a white border of approximately 1 cm, leave a buffer of about 1.5 cm to ensure proper spacing.

Alternative Design Options
If you prefer not to use subscription-based software, you can also create your design in Photoshop or Illustrator.

Organizing Your Spreads
When saving your spreads, it’s crucial to do so in the correct order. Including your project name in the file names can help avoid errors.

File Naming Convention:
Begin with the spread number followed by the project name (e.g., 001 Ruben-Sandra, 002 Ruben-Sandra, and so on).

When writing your spreads, it is important that you do this in the correct order. Preferably also in combination with your project name so that any errors can be avoided.

Start with the spread nos and the project name (e.g. 001 Ruben-Sandra, 002 Ruben-Sandra), and so on.
